* Team leadership – Recruit ,train and motivate staff
* Compliance and Finance – Adhere to legal requirements e.g. FICA ,
POPI,CPA
* Customer service – Resolve customer complaints and ensure high
satisfaction levels
* Inventory management – Source , appraise and procure quality used
vehicles
* Managing Sales activities daily
* Reconditioning of Used stock
* Gr12 (Matric certificate)
* Valid drivers license
* Proven experience in used vehicles
* Strong negotiation ,inventory valuation and computer skills
* Results driven , resilient and able to work under pressure
