NTT Volkswagen King Williams town is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Person to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling vehicle parts and accessories while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the dealership’s sales objectives.
Assist customers with parts enquiries and sales
Identify and supply correct vehicle parts and accessories
Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and returns accurately
Maintain strong relationships with customers, technicians, and suppliers
Ensure accurate stock control and assist with stock counts when required
Promote parts specials and upselling opportunities
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter environment
Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer standards.
Previous experience in automotive parts sales
Good knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
Strong communication and customer service skills
Computer literacy (dealer management systems experience preferred)
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Valid South African driver’s license
Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
