NTT Suzuki/Mahindra Mokopane is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vehicle Manager to lead and grow our new vehicle department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing profitability, managing stock, and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with Suzuki and Mahindra and NTT standards.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Manage the day-to-day operations of the new vehicle department
Achieve and exceed sales targets from Suzuki and Mahindra, gross profit, and stock turn objectives
Lead, motivate, and manage the used vehicle sales team
Work closely with the F&I department to maximize finance and insurance penetration
Proven experience as a Senior Car Sales Executive
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the motor dealership environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
Valid Code 8 driver’s license
Computer literate
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
